Who is this written for? I wrote this for Sweet Bee Organics, a small business selling organic products.
Target audience: Readers of the Healthy Magazine who are looking for something to improve their sleep. Primarily for young and middle-aged women who are interested in organic products.
Purpose: To spread the news about one of Sweet Bee Organics products that had a considerable result on a customer; to spread awareness to a large audience of a magazine.
British student in Norway overcomes midnight sun sleep deprivation with magnesium
A British student at The Arctic University in Norway is using magnesium butter to overcome sleep deprivation caused by the midnight sun.
Tina Green, 20, from Exeter was suffering with insomnia in her first year of studying Environmental Law at Norway’s Arctic University in Tromso. The constant glow of the midnight sun from April soon deprived her of all sleep, exacerbating the stress of studying. Eventually in May 2023 she was forced to move south to Oslo to study remotely.
During the student holidays in June, Tina came across Sweet Bee Organics’ new magnesium butter through a desperate online search for sleep remedies. At home in the UK, she slept soundly every time she applied it.
“On the nights I put it on, there was a noticeable difference,” she remarked.
Confident in her discovery, Tina decided to move back to her accommodation at The Arctic University and spread the word about her newfound sleep solution for other suffering students.
Before long, the butter went viral on social media as Tina and others rubbed it on their feet before bed, reporting much improved sleep during the midnight sun. It improved Tina’s grades so much that she received an award for being in the top 5% of her class in October.
Hollie King, CEO and founder of Sweet Bee Organics, explained the importance of magnesium.
She said: “When Tina wrote to me in February about her story, it showed me the seriousness of a magnesium deficiency. Our soil doesn’t have the magnesium we need our food to grow in. Magnesium calms our emotions and reduces anxiety, as well as improving our sleep. We all need a top-up.”
Sweet Bee Organic’s magnesium butter is available to buy at https://www.sweetbeeorganics.co.uk/products/sweet-sleep with a 10% discount for first-time buyers using the code SBSLEEP.

Sweet Bee Organics is a small online business selling high-quality organic health products for women. Hollie King is the founder who has produced a range of products from her own experiences and through taking care of her children. The company is based in Frome, Somerset where all the products are made.
Drinks, skincare, deodorants, candles, bath salts, balms and much more are on sale to help women absorb natural nutrients into their bodies. Her reviewers are giving mostly four or five stars, and she is continuing to produce new products for a wide range of bodily needs. She specialises in sleep remedies and is already receiving much commendation for the Sweet Sleep magnesium butter.
The butter is applied by rubbing a grape-sized amount over each foot every night. Tina Green did not sign a deal with Sweet Bee Organics; she bought three 120ml jars and shared them with her friends at university. She spread the word about the butter on Instagram as she had been sharing her story of insomnia with her followers. Her classmates then bought jars for themselves individually.
After realising the magnesium butter’s popularity, Tina wrote an email to Sweet Bee Organics thanking them and explaining her story about the success of the butter. Sweet Bee Organics wants to promote this story to boost magnesium butter sales and their other products.
Interview and photo opportunities can be arranged with Tina Green and Hollie King in April. Please contact me on +44789654321 to make an appointment with them.
